Pam,
I remember when you called me to give me my AC Offer in
December of 2012. In that phone call, I was struck by how warm, enthusiastic,
and helpful you were. Nothing changed when I came to Kaiser. You were always
there for all of us. Thank you for all of your work at Kaiser and commitment to
our experience. Congratulations on your retirement! I hope you get to spend
more time with the people you love.
