Congrats on a very well-earned retirement! I always
appreciated how dedicated you were to making sure Kaiser ran as smoothly as
possible. For many, that would have meant force-fitting names on a spreadsheet.
For you, it meant understanding the goals and aspirations of each consultant at
every level to reach an optimal solution for all--even when doing so made your
job harder. That degree of care and professionalism is rare and Kaiser has been
lucky to have it!
