Dear Pam,
Just wanted to say that during my 13 years at Kaiser it was
a joy to work with someone as passionate, calm and professional all at the same
time, as you. You are also a wonderful friend, and I appreciate your friendship
and caring for more than I can say. Our friendship, which is near and dear to
