I had the pleasure of working with you at Kaiser Associates from 1996-1999.
In the decades since I’ve worked at Kaiser, you stand out as an
incredibly kind, sincere, and respectful colleague and friend. We didn’t
work together much on a daily basis, but you left quite an impression on me
through your quiet leadership. You truly led by example, and let others
get to know the real you. This was long before the days when “radical
candor” and “transparency” were cited as valuable leadership traits in business
books. Thank you for your kindness and care.
