Pam, you have been the best colleague, friend, confidante - just about everything really - and even though in all the years we only met in person very few times, through our regular weekly calls I have got to know you and admire all those qualities that make you so special - your warmth, consideration, respect and (sometimes wicked) sense of humour - I will miss all those things
All the very best for your retirement, you and Jay will have many adventures and I look forward to catching up with you both somewhere in the world in the not too distant future (dinner in Marrakesh??)
