Dear Pam, thanks so much for all the help you have provided me since my very first day at Kaiser! No matter how busy you were, you've always made yourself available to support us and I knew you were always just a phone call away! You are such a great part of Kaiser's identity and while things won't be the same without you, I wish you the very best on your next step!
