will always remember how welcoming you were to me during the recruiting and
onboarding process. Once I joined, I
appreciated your thoughtfulness and follow through. You were always pleasant and
professional. You always found the
perfect balance between advocating for the employee and protecting the firm’s

of my new role and was glad you could come to my swearing-in ceremony.
